Guitar Hero

Tonight Vic and I celebrated his vacation by jamming out to Guitar Hero III. Santa Claus bought us this game for Christmas and we are loving it. I hate to admit it, but Vic is so much better than me. Maybe I can sneak in some practice sessions during the nap time hours. Forget the laundry- I'm going on tour with my pseudo electric guitar!!!

New Year Resolutions for 2008

Okay- We are back.

Thankfully one of my resolutions is to keep up with my online photo sharing

and to make an entry to this blog .

I could pile on the excuses as to why I haven't used this blog after creating it, but I'll just settle for a quick and simple "We're back!!!!"

I'll also predict that I be saying "We're back again!!!" in the future.

Today I took the boys to the aquarium. Big fun had by all!! Victor just loves looking at the sharks. Derek liked looking at the clown fish and he kept calling out," Nemo", in his own little way. They are too cute.

Happy Anniversary to us!

Wow- time flies when you are having fun. These 5 years just flew by......with a few bumps and turns, but all very exciting and extremely fun. Vic and I celebrated by going out to dinner. ALONE!!! Grandma Bellmore watched the boys. We had a great time.

Starting a journal is always intimidating because I reflect on all the things that I didn't write down. I get stuck agonizing over the fact that I didn't start at the beginning. It is then so easy to not begin at all because I already have an excuse. " I can't start a journal now- what about all the other important things that I missed?"

With Vic's help, and the inspiration of my fellow bloggers- Kelly and Chris, and now cousin Jen, the Calcano Family will now venture into the blogging world.

We hope to record highlights of our family life- silly stories-momentous occasions- and lots of pictures.

With no pressures to post daily or weekly, we begin this journey and hope you, our friends and family enjoy our lives, love our stories, and laugh at our Calcano humor.
